Unlike our Standard Harness, which transfers the load primarily through the hip belt, the Touring Harness adds padded shoulder straps. This allows you to share some of the pulling force with your upper body and adjust the balance during the day.

Which Fjellpulken harness should I choose?

Choose the Standard Harness if you want our simplest and most affordable solution for regular trips, family use and lighter to moderate loads.

Choose the Touring Harness if you want increased comfort, shoulder support and better load distribution. For most recreational users who regularly pull a pulk, this is our recommended all-round choice.

For expeditions, heavier loads and more demanding use, consider the Xpedition Comfort or Expedition Pro 2.0, which offer more substantial support and construction.
