Tire training
Tire training has become increasingly popular in recent years. This form of training strengthens the muscles of the entire body and is suitable for people of all ages. The training is widely used among expeditioners who train for longer sledding trips, and is also an ideal everyday workout for anyone who wants to lose weight and/or cannot run due to problems with their knees, back or pelvis. When using a good pulling harness, there is little strain on the joints. Tire training is therefore suitable for anyone who needs to train more gently. Tire pulling is an ideal recharge for mountain hikes, long sledding trips, cross-country skiing, cycling and other physically demanding activities. It is actually like going on a mountain hike on flat ground; if you can pull two or three tires for a couple of hours, you can do a lot of other things too!
